It's twice as expensive as Paul Hollywood's Pies and Puds (thanks GtrsRGr8), but Paul Hollywood's Bread is priced at $1.99 at Amazon and B&N. At Kobo, it's full price, but you can price match if you're willing to wait a week or more for store credit.
