My method is to make lists. "To be read" or "Read next" or... you get the picture. After a couple of weeks I decide I'm not totally satisfied with the current list and I make a new one. The result is that nothing much gets read anyway, but making lists is fun. So I continue making them. And I always know what to read next, thanks to my list. (Whether I actually read the books on the list is another matter, but at least I know!
)
