Calibre runs on any Intel-based full Windows 10 device such as the Surface Pro. It does not run on an ARM device or on a "mobile" version of windows.

I started to look at this last year when Microsoft was pushing their Android emulator for Windows phone. I stopped looking at it when Microsoft killed the project. And as Steve said, it makes no sense at all to port CC to native Windows 10 Mobile. We would never sell enough to pay for the development costs.
