Hi crimsonMenace. Just to be clear, are you talking about Calibre Companion, which is an Android and iOS app, or calibre itself, which runs on Windows/Mac/Linux? Either way, I think it's unlikely that either will run on a phone.

While it's true that Microsoft has done some work to make Windows 10 programs run across all devices running Windows 10, that requires the program to be made with their 'universal Windows platform' (UWP) tools. In turn, UWP programs aren't compatible with older versions of Windows, much less Mac and Linux. I'm not involved with Calibre, but I can't see them rewriting the whole thing to work with the UWP.

And for mobile apps, unfortunately the situation is even worse; the percentage of people using Windows phones is tiny, less than 1% if I remember right. Considering that the app would take months of full time work to bring to Windows phones, it just wouldn't make sense.
