Unfortunately, I only have the one computer, so I recharge it with the adapter from Amazon and the cables they recommended. I'll work on filing a claim then. Already worried about Kindle withdrawal

Also working on getting a new computer. This one is about 6 years old, and Vista support is ending in April, so working on Windows 7 Professional if I can get it. One of the USB ports on the computer is acting funny.
