Very strange; did you have a special version, i.e., not the black cover/black lining? That *might* be a case made to order; the black/black isn't, as it's their default cover.

In my case, they also offered to send me the one with the flap, but I just replied that I didn't want it.

They refunded the purchase price through Paypal without problems, although they did keep the shipment costs (€5), which, according to EU law, they should have also refunded. I'm not going to start a legal battle over €5 though. Not worth my time. I've lost more money by buying games on recommendations and sales (and having them deleted afterward because I didn't find them worth my time) on GOG.com.

I'm going to lose even more by selling the Aura ONE.

If I were you, I'd mail them, and have them send the case with flap, if they don't want to refund, and then sell the case for €45 or so.
