but the good news of the say is we found the kindle we'd reported lost, down the back of the dressing table - and it only took a hour! on amazon chat to get it re activated & to find a way past the "forgot my parental controls" password challenge. We went round in so many circle where she' saying now tap... and I am saying - it wont let me- that option is greyed out... but eventually she game me a hint code for the password screen and forced a factory settings reset. Luckily we don't subscribe to the let's store x thousand books on the kindle club so it may be back as it was in another hour or so
meanwhile - we await 4.0.3 from Bookari....
