Dead or Alive: A Wild West Omnibus by British author and journalist Christopher Kenworthy (official website), not to be confused with the namesake England-born Australian author and director who has the Wikipedia and ISFDB entries, is an omnibus edition of three of his western historical action adventure novels, free for a limited time courtesy of publisher Endeavour Press' Pioneering imprint.

This contains the following standalone novels, two originally published by Robert Hale as part of their Black Horse Western line: No Surrender from 1985 under the title A Hot Day in Hammerhead using the pseudonym C. Kay & Fight or Die from 2007 under the title Guns Along the Gila using the pseudonym Walt Masterton; and also Shoot To Kill from 2013 published by Endeavour themselves.

Currently free @ Amazon (available to Canadians & in the UK and pretty much everywhere else that Amazon sells worldwide, since this is being done via their KDP Select exclusive-or-else program)
