UPDATE: I failed . . . er . . . I mean the computer failed to put the URL for the cookbook when I posted it. Thanks to Koland for bringing that to my attention and supplying the URL for me.
I've learned that there are some MobileReaders who really love cookbooks. This one is highly rated, good-sized, and marked down a whole lot.
It's a hoity-toity cookbook. But some people like hoity-toity cooking and/or dishes (you can tell me, in secret, if you are one of those--I promise that I won't tell anyone else, G).
The Food52 Cookbook, Volume 2: Seasonal Recipes from Our Kitchens to Yours. By Amanda Hesser; Merrill Stubbs. Rated 4.3 stars at Amazon (there are an unusually high number of "1's" among the ratings, however; you might want to scrutinize them before purchasing the book), from 23 reviews at the present moment; rated 3.94, from 126 ratings at GoodReads (there are not an abnormal number of "1's" there--the ratings are very well distributed, in fact-- so I tend to think that the higher-than-normal "1's" situation at Amazon is just an aberration. Print list price $35.00; digital list price $12.99; Kindle price now $1.99. William Morrow Cookbooks, publisher. 304 pages.
