Thank you for pointing out my failure to consider that possibility. You very well might be right. And now I'm thinking that the UCP thing may have been an Amazon issue (at least partially). I try not to judge without having enough evidence to do so, to make assumptions, have presuppositions, etc., but in these cases I failed.
