This is UK only but I can see some of the discounted books on Kobo from Ireland. The sale is across most retailers. These books are not eligble for discount codes either.

Thanks for the heads up. It looks like a number of these are also discounted in the German kobo store although not at amazon.de so for those based in Europe it might be worth checking in your kobo stores.
