Read the error message - the last line reports it failed with a memory error. As can be seen, it happened after it processed 180 jpegs, that suggests it didn't have enough memory to create the output format. The CBZ appears to have over a thousand jpegs.
If you are using the 64bit version, you need to add more RAM, maybe a lot more. If you are using the 32bit version, try installing the 64 bit version. The status line will tell you if you're running the 64 bit version
If you're running the 32bit version, that suggests you didn't convert the first compendium - assuming it too is made up of 1,000+ images. So you probably purchased a PDF for part 1 rather than a CBZ. That probably means there's also a PDF for part 2. See if the shop where you got the part 2 CBZ will swap it for a PDF.
