I have attached two photos. Half the screen is working fine, while the lower half is displaying only grey "fuzz". What is interesting is that while the lower half of the screen is not displaying correctly, it is reacting perfectly to my touch gestures. The bottom half of the screen does change slightly as the different pages are displayed.
As I mentioned, I contacted Kobo support first. They told me it was a software problem, and that is how I arrived to at this thread, so sorry if it isn't now isn't directly relevant. I will try putting the image on the SD card.
