I have just bought an H2o to replace a dead Sony reader, I have hit two problems. The first is that when i click update meadata i get the message "kobo database version unsupported" the database version is 131and the firmware version 1s(3,19.5761) The suggestion is o tryhe support newer firmware option though this my require a factory reset.
The second issue is colections set up in calibre and transfered into the H2O, I know there is a way to do this but I cannot see how does anyone have a suggestion for how to set up collections in calbre that will transfer when books are moved over
