Hi, my Kobo touch has a software issue and I was wondering if putting an new image on the SD card would resolve it. The bottom half of the screen is just grey. I have spoken to customer support and they have told me (twice) that it is a software issue rather than a hardware issue. I have factory reset it a few times, but the issue still remains.

I would like to try putting on a new image before considering hardware replacements. It's a Kobo Touch N905C.
