Google Play definitely thinks we are in another country. Here's a screen shot of the Play Store not logged in to any account.
Notice All Books/Movies/Music is gone.
If I go through Proxy I can see everything but I know better than to try and log in as Google will lock my account thinking I'm being hacked.
I've tried everything from changing DNS servers. flushing DNS cache....I'm at a loss.
