(That's this month's free title, BTW.) Unfortunately. no dice! I've been trying this particular ploy since W4V first went across the pond (they had some great freebies off the jump) but it doesn't work. I'm too chicken to let my library wander overseas because I'm afraid a title might jump off the boat during the journey. Do you mean to say you've found a way to make it work?!?!?
I do not know if it works for others now, I might have been grandfathered in. This is how I do it. IF the book has the same publisher across Amazon USA and UK and the audiobook is the exact same title and author with the exact same ISBN\AISN number I can cross buy most of the time with no problem. If there is a hiccup I just call the Amazon USA customer service and they will verify for me if I can or cannot whispersync the title. IT is a little bit of a hassle at times but I have found it worth it as certain books never come on sale in the Colonies but do in the UK and vis-versus.

Another option is to just set up separate accounts for the USA and UK stores and buy through those accounts. The disadvantage to this is your titles will not be consolidated on your apps. The big plus to this is you will have full access to both catalogs and all their deals and freebies. You will not be able to whispersync across the pond though.
