Count me as one of the people who didn't get full use out of the PRS-505 until finding the MobileRead wiki and forums. My experience using the 505 is much better post-Calibre and post-Book Designer than it was struggling with the Sony software. I don't think that the Sony software is terrible, it just doesn't meet my needs as well as the third-party software.
