I don't switch my Kindle account through Manage Your Content and Devices but both Amazon and Audible accounts have the same password and email address. I did switch my kindle country settings on Amazon a few years ago but I no longer do it. I can still get Audible US Whispersync prices for some of my books when my Kindle account is on Amazon UK.
