I have a Kindle PW2IL with the last Kindle FW.
I enabled cover mode.
I restarted my kindle.
I opened a book, I waiting 5 mn, I turned some pages.
I push power button of my Kindle and I see : "...but hasn't yet successfully processed a book cover
I tried with another books.
Same issue.
I can see all the covers of all my books in the browser of my kindle without any WiFi connexion.
The covers are embeded in the file may be in a metadata tag.
Also I sent the ebooks with Calibre and with Calibre I can see the covers.

I spent 1/2 days to downgrade ; jailebrake ; upgrade my Kindle only to be able to display covers with your software.

Sorry but I'm a little hangry.
For me your software was a lost of time.
With my kobo I was able natively to display covers on the turned off screen, and also I was able to read the book summurize tag.
The Kobo is slow, it was the reason of my shift.
But Kindle is finished for me.
