I was gonna say, it's different versions
I used to run into this with Moon+ reader ALL the time, simply because I imported my books with different methods on my tablet and phone
if you use moon to map your library, it imports the book with a different internal title compared to downloading the book from calibre via the browser(content server)
the epub itself is identical, but something internal to how the book is imported to moon makes it think they're 2 different versions
super frustrating
