Apparently all is well with the iPad Mini generation 1 and Marvin 3. The scrubber (scrollbar) appears correctly with square covers.

Double check the following:

- Make sure the "Long List Scrubber" is turned on in General Settings.
- Make sure your list is indeed long enough to trigger the need for a scrubber.
