More Dropbox problems

The background to this post is that I routinely test ebooks I've done for the MR library on my iPad using iBooks and Bluefire Reader, and download them to these readers from Dropbox. And I use a computer using Windows 10 and an old iPad.

When I tried to copy the ePub version to Dropbox this afternoon I found that the Dropbox icon was no longer on the right end of the action bar on my laptop, though I could open and use Dropbox through the My Computer icon on my laptop screen. I loaded the ebook into Dropbox eventually, and was able to open it and read it on my Windows laptop. So it is there in Dropbox.

But when I open Dropbox on my iPad the ebook does not appear. So of course I can't download it to either of the ebook readers on the iPad.

Can anyone tell me please
- How can I get in touch with the Dropbox people to ask them what on earth is happening?
- How can I get the ebook I want to test into iBooks and Bluefire Reader on my iPad? There is a strange message about needing Photograph access, but I've no idea what it means or how to do what it want.
