I didn't actually measure anything but for a while I left the Wifi off on the Kindles i wasn't using to see if that made a noticable difference. It didn't. Charging once a week still had the things down 15% to 20% weekly. I went back to leaving Wifi on.

If there was a difference it wasn't easily noticeable.
