I purchased a pair of cutting boards that were enroute for 2 months and noted as not delivered on my order status. No tracking number. The item was in stock and available. There is no button to push to complain, ask for a refund, ask for status, or anything in this scenario. Amazon doen't list a phone number on their website. I finally got a refund via my visa card. I googled their phone number. Yep, they have one, should have used it in the first place. I order thousands of dollars of stuff a year, since about 1999. This was a first. I suspect a semi truck had an accident and the package lost.
