Hi,

My mother's Kobo vox wouldn't boot up all the way. I tried a factory reset and that didn't work. I have to say she got it when they first came out in Canada, so it has lasted a long time. I gave her my old Samsung galaxy tab 3 lite and just want to try and fix this kobo vox as a back up one. My husband is using my old Kobo vox as a reader, it's still working and got it at the same time as my mother's.

I took out the internal 8gb sd card and put it on my computer, but stupidly I formatted it.

I have been all over the internet looking for an image for the Kobo vox, but the links are dead.

Can anyone help?
