I've not had any real problems with the live chat, although it can be a bit slow. I usually use it as, although it can be slow, I find it easier than being on the phone. I thought that perhaps we were getting different service due to our locations, but I assume it's handled through a central "call centre" anywhere in the world.
It did involve two conversations; after a trying a couple of things I was transferred to a specialist.
