Thanks for trying! I wonder if something changed with the title since I downloaded it to my Kindle Keyboard, and that's why current copies aren't working right.
There's a few copies of it for free on Amazon...it's just a question of finding one that's formatted well and is, hopefully, free...
EDIT: For anyone who cares, I just downloaded this one for free, which has better chapter formatting, and the page numbers work:
