The point is that export to email from each device would give you something to compare and see what is missing on one or the other device.
Bless you for using Chat support. I've had nothing but atrocious experiences with that, one just this morning. Kept asking same question more than once, and the answer is in the chat log just above! Can they not read?
No doubt the reason is they are managing several, if not dozens of chat sessions simultaneously. Multitasking like that just does not work.
