I just downloaded a library book directly on my Aura One. It seems to be working correctly. Since Kobo's parent company Rakuten owns Overdrive now one would hope that would be the case.

EDIT: I wasn't thinking about how Overdrive works with the Aura One. As Davidfor pointed out below, what I said here isn't quite right for the KA1.
This part was incorrect >> Having said that, Kobo is also using a newer version of the Adobe epub rendering software. I assume there is a tie in with it and the DRM part so even without the Rakuten connection it might still have been OK.
