The problem appears to be that Amazon is sending something that the plugin cannot interpret properly.

It is working properly for me with the same book. It is odd that it isn't for you. There must be something different about how Amazon is handling requests from your system. Are you located within the US?

I will continue to try to duplicate this problem with my system and post here if I come up with anything.

(ETA: The problem could be due to a page layout change that Amazon is rolling out incrementally. If so then I should be able to duplicate this problem eventually.)
