Suddenly I'm very glad to have an Aura One which not only works right with the sleep cover, but which has sat a week at a time in a bag that gets jostled regularly, and only lost 6% battery life even with the WiFi on. Without it, it has gotten ten days for the same amount of battery drain in sleep mode.
Did everyone but me get an awful unit, or is it other environmental or other factors like settings causing issues?
One thing I discovered early on, when they deployed the nightly auto sync firmware, was to turn that off along with the WiFi (when not using it) immediately. That, and brightness above 5-10% eats through the battery life like a shark in a school of fish.
