The last time I had word, there were plans for, I think, three more. I recall the holdup being attributed to Weber needing to actually write the outlines to send to Ringo. That's been a couple of years back, but I have not heard that those plans have been scrapped.

By the same token, though, a different source has spoken of plans to continue the Dahak series beyond the extant trilogy, while I'm of the opinion that there's no need to do so. Sure, I guess the way that ended is kind of open to a sequel, but it also works just fine as something that could rationally remain an open question. However, I also know fans who see the ending of the third book as a nail-biting cliffhanger. (Avoiding spoilers, asking a question in no way obligates the universe to give you an answer.)
