@rootsdigger05 - have you run a system file check see ==>> Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

Have you tried a lightweight the registry cleaner, I favour Piriform's CCleaner. Some of the others are far too aggressive and can leave you in an even worse mess.

Can you install any other MSI's, this one is harmless ==>> BowPad - Stefan's Tools
