Varying issues are:
1) unresponsive touch screen. Have to touch two+ times to get response.
2) multiple page turns with one tap.
3) not going into sleep when quick sliding the power switch. Instead going to main menu, and touch screen becoming unresponsive. Have to put unit to sleep again and wake up to restore operation.
Kobo Aura HD did not have these issues prior. Just wondering.

After a factory reset nothing is left of KSM. Is your device now running the same firmware version as it did before you factory reset it?
