Yep that was someone said earlier in this thread. Apparently CS told them that, but CS will tell you a different story every time you talk to them. A friend of mine used to say, "I want lie to you, but I might tell you the truth five or six different ways."

BTW, I had a late delivery this past week too. It was a 2-day shipment that took 3 days. I didn't complain to them though as it wasn't that big of a deal to me. Just mentioning it as there seems to be more of those happening according to posts above.
