One can easily imagine this blurb, or a variant thereof, on any particular book which strikes your fancy. . .( I'm thinking of a certain book by Al Gore.)
I've heard this one, too, and it's GREAT!

This one applies to many indy ebooks, with horrible editing and laughable prose, and that oh-so-characteristically, put-downable quality that causes rumbles of belly laughs and guffaws of wonderment, along with tortured syntactical language elements.
