Looks like I am out of luck. I transferred 837 books to my kindle, then imported to Calibre, but it appears, if I have it right, I need another plug in, which requires jailbreaking my device, to actually get the collections on my kindle. I am going to reset the device again, and do it book by book. It is so much easier to use Calibre Companion on my fires.
