CruisePortInsider Guide to Vancouver--2015 by Bob Haefliger

Vancouver is the most popular Alaskan cruise ship embarkation port, and there are many fun things to do here. Vancouver’s attractions include exploring Stanley Park, visiting Chinatown, riding to the top of Grouse Mountain, bicycling, world class shopping, dining on great food, sampling Vancouver’s micro brewers, and so much more!

Are you headed to Belize on a Caribbean cruise? Since you'll only have around 9 hours to spend ashore, make the most of your time in Belize and plan a great day in port with this CruisePortInsider Guide.

I'm assuming that you don't know a lot of the names because they are out-of-the-way places? At any rate, several are. But those are the places that I love best!

I'm boycotting Belize. They are an English-speaking democracy, but they make it extremely difficult for a citizen of theirs to emigrate to another country, unless that policy has changed in the last 9 years or so. A friend here in the States married a woman of Belize (Belizean?) about 10 years ago, and at least a year later he still couldn't get the authorities there to let her go to him in the States. That was about the last time that I saw or talked to him. We in the U.S. take so many of our great freedoms, like the freedom to move to another country, for granted. About the young man, yeah, I know, it was foolish on his part not to know or whatever, but still . . . .

Thanks for your post. I grabbed all of them.
