Some Kindle books are fixed formats and other special use formats that aren't readable on every device. Just trying to make sure your books weren't those types that might not be compatible with eInk Kindles.


As for the Amazon.au thing as far as I know (I could be wrong though) that is a user choice thing since I've seen some Australian folks who still use .com and they mention the ability to switch back and forth on this page...

Depending on device can you go to Archived Items or Cloud on the device and see/download your stuff that way?
