And I mentioned this on the blog and at least two threads on Mobileread--there are some kobos on ebay right now from one seller--a couple of folks from mobileread bought them and said they look/act brand new. May not be the exact model you want, but here's a link to a Kobo Aura for 50:

Check the guy's store link. He has had the mini and some other models up for grabs too. I've not seen him post any listings for the newer models (like the H2O).
