So just got a response back from Onyx today. Apparently they had my device fixed over a month ago, but when they sent the notifying email out, they didn't send it properly. Oh well, better late than never.
Anyways, they just need me to pay $25 for shipping back to US. Not a big deal, I sent it. I'll report back with a status update once I receive it.
FYI, it cost me roughly $25 to send the device to Onyx from the US. They gave me an address in English, and just to be safe I also put down the address in Chinese which seemed to correlate; it's the "REPAIRS" address in Chinese from this website:
http://www.booxstore.com/index.php/z...10-27-02-16-59 . But I wouldn't send the device to that address without first getting an email from Onyx requesting that your device be shipped.
