There's no "hard" limit on the size of your Cloud library. Amazon warn that they may limit people who "abuse" the facility, but I've never seen anyone here at MR report being limited. There are people here who have many thousands of items in their Cloud library.

I don't know if there are any separate limits on the "Send To Kindle" tool specifically. Perhaps someone else can advise on that.
