Yea once I got a good h2o it was quite fantastic. I sold it to get a Kobo one as i was quite in love with the new coloured screen. But this past experience with 2 Kobo ones and the customer service leads me to not ever want to give them money. I don't usually feel so strongly but they really kept repeatedly screwing up really badly.
I understand the drm thing and that's no problem. I like all my purchases in one place but obviously that will have to change. I really regret selling the h2o as it was really handy on the beach and in the 2 yrs, never had an issue.
