depends how you sync. e.g. I use free file sync to copy calibre to dropbox. I could use filters at that stage e.g. if I wanted only epub but not original epub sent to dropbox, that's a simple filter to add.
to filter on series may be a little harder, the filters only have filename and dates to work with
Look at the capabilites of sync programs.
or write a 2 step batch program. calibre in CLI to send to disc only books that are in a series, followed by a sync program to use those results and sync to your one drive.
Just done't ask me exactly how to writ that. I am not a calibre CLI user
