No difference for any of the services, for the exactly the same reasons. They are usually OK providing you pause syncing when you're using calibre - one issue with OneDrive is that Pause is time limited, IIRC Dropbox Pause is an on/off toggle.

Google Drive has a particular problem, so I suggest you avoid it (for calibre libraries at least), see ==> WARNING - Google Drive Incompatible with Calibre!
