Toxaris' Word add in can be found here ==>> e-Book Tools - a Word add-in - as well as conversion it has many other very useful and in some cases unique functions.

There is also an Import plugin for Sigil that does a very good job on 'well formed' DOCX ==>> [Plugin] DOCXImport. It supports mapping of the styles in the applied Word Template to the styles in a user defined CSS. Well worth a look.
