Fair enough. But to put the anecdotal nature of your observances in perspective: I've never read an article that was critical of ebooks (and there's been a lot) even mention water. Nor have any of the countless people I've discussed ebooks/ereading with in my life ever brought up tub reading. And I've been at this a good long while.
