Hiding Custom Columns from Edit Metadata Tab via JS+

The JS+ GUI Tool "Protect/Unprotect a Custom Column from the 'Edit Metadata' dialogs (excluding the 'S&R' tab within Bulk Edit)." was designed exactly for that purpose.
