Did a chat with the library but they could not give me a contact for 3M. In any case, seems to be working now. Not getting errors & able to log in. Many problems with this vendor & i guess this was another "glitch." For a while they were having server issues that would DL multiples of every book you checked out. (As many as 10 copies of each)
